Full-Time Receptionist – Classic MINI

Classic MINI, in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, is seeking to add a Full-Time Receptionist to our team.

Schedule
  • Monday: Off
  • Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Receptionist serves as one of the dealership’s first points of contact and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include answering and routing incoming telephone calls, taking thorough and accurate messages, and providing basic information to callers. The Receptionist also greets customers as they enter the showroom, directs them to the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department, and assists with general inquiries in accordance with dealership procedures.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, dependable, organized, and customer-service focused. This position requires someone who is comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone and who can maintain a professional demeanor in a busy dealership environment.
