Job description

Join our team assisting Audi customers with their service needs. Audi is a respected brand of automobile. Job Duties Include:- Initiating services by listening to the customer's description of their vehicles issues/symptoms while clarifying descriptions- Conducting inspections and taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules; verifying service contract and warranty coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records- Calculating customer payments, including deductibles and obtaining necessary signatures and entering repair orders (RO's) into service databases- Updating job knowledge by participating in training and keeping abreast of manufacturers' publications- Enhancing the group's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
