Description:
Join our team assisting Audi customers with their service needs. Audi is a respected brand of automobile.
Job Duties Include:
- Initiating services by listening to the customer's description of their vehicles issues/symptoms while clarifying descriptions
- Conducting inspections and taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules; verifying service contract and warranty coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records
- Calculating customer payments, including deductibles and obtaining necessary signatures and entering repair orders (RO's) into service databases
- Updating job knowledge by participating in training and keeping abreast of manufacturers' publications
- Enhancing the group's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Requirements:
- At least (2) years of experience in a service advisor role is ideal, preferably in a dealership setting with previous customer service experience
- Valid, insurable driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Experience or certification with specific manufacturer is a bonus
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
