Job Summary
The Sales Associate at Audi Tulsa is responsible for executing the sales process, through identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and closing deals in order to meet and exceed established sales goals. The Sales Associate will work closely with other members of the sales team, dealership staff, as well as customers, to ensure they have a positive dealership experience and that they purchase the car they want at a great price. This position is designated as a "Safety Sensitive" position as it relates to Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (OMMPPA) Unity Bill.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is a full-time, salary position. The base salary will be competitive with industry standards and there are opportunities for commission and other bonuses. Audi Tulsa offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage and 401k plans.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions and making product recommendations
• Responsible for customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns and offering solutions
• Execute the sales process by negotiating prices and closing deals
• Manage customer relationships through follow-up and providing exceptional customer service
• Interact with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with dealership standards
• Adhere to Audi standards when interacting with customers and visitors
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional sales experience in a retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Working knowledge Audi vehicles and the sales process
