Role Description The Audi Brand Specialist is responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to delivery. Day-to-day tasks include engaging showroom guests, identifying their needs, presenting Audi vehicles and features, conducting test drives, and explaining pricing, financing, and lease options. The role also involves managing follow-up communications, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with the finance and service departments to support a seamless client experience.
