Job Description Outpatient Primary Care | Potential $200k + loaded w/ benefits Job Overview: Role: APPs (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) working under the supervision of licensed physicians. Location: Multiple new practices opening 2024 across North Atlanta suburbs. Compensation & Benefits: Earnings: Uncapped earnings $200k+ per year.

Workload: See an average of 18-20 patients per day. PTO: 4 weeks of paid time off. Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one.

Retirement: 401k savings plan. On-call Duties: Limited, phone call only, 1 week/year. Additional Benefits: $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Company-paid child care. Basic life insurance. 401(k) with company match.

Flexible Spending Accounts for dependent care and healthcare. Essential Functions: Provide outpatient medical consultation services. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients' medical conditions.

Conduct follow-ups, order and interpret diagnostic studies. Prescribe medications and make referrals when needed. Answer emergency calls after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.

Administer drugs and complete EMR notes and tasks. Perform patient physicals and provide health education. Supervise and coordinate the activities of patient care and support staff.
