Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing dealership group in Central Georgia. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact between our service department and our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally and assess vehicle service needs
  • Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs, including timelines and costs
  • Create, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Work closely with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
  • Follow dealership processes, compliance standards, and manufacturer guidelines
