Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly?

Audi Little Rock is looking for an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives the premium experience they expect from the Audi brand.

No automotive experience is required. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable on the phone and computer, we can train you on the automotive side! This is an excellent opportunity to join a luxury dealership with a supportive team, growth opportunities, and a professional work environment.

Qualifications:
