Job Title: Supply Chain Associate InternJob Description

This entry-level Supply Chain Associate Intern role offers a hands-on introduction to inventory management, purchasing, logistics coordination, data analysis, and broader supply chain operations. You will support a collaborative Supply Chain and Operations team while developing practical skills in supply chain management, operations, procurement, and logistics. The position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a long-term career in these fields.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory tracking and monitor stock levels to support accurate replenishment and availability.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities.
  • Help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers to meet delivery schedules and service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records, files, and databases to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.
  • Assist in resolving supply shortages, inventory discrepancies, and delivery issues by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for supply chain projects and operational reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to support end-to-end supply chain activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the Supply Chain and Operations team.
  • Contribute to inventory and warehouse operations by helping with documentation, tracking, and process adherence.
  • Participate in procurement and supplier management activities by assisting with data collection, follow-ups, and basic analysis.
  • Support logistics and transportation planning through schedule coordination and status tracking.
  • Assist with demand planning and forecasting tasks by gathering and organizing relevant data.
  • Help with supply chain analytics and reporting by preparing data sets, dashboards, and summary insights.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by documenting current processes and suggesting enhancements under guidance.
Essential Skills
  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits
