Responsibilities for a Logistics Specialist include but are not limited to:โฏ
Perform order entry, load planning, routing, and dispatching using Freight Optimizer and logistics systems
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, ensuring on-time performance and proper shipment handling
Communicate with drivers, customers, and account managers regarding shipment status, delays, and updates
Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies including shortages, damages, and overages while maintaining accurate records
Candidates for Logistics Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:โฏ
Minimum 1 year of logistics or transportation experience with exposure to dispatching or load coordination
Working knowledge of transportation, supply chain operations, and routing processes
Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to interpret written, verbal, and operational instructions

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
