Position Summary

KBR is looking for a Logistics SME to join our team in Beavercreek, Ohio. The right fit candidate will collaborate with others to support Air Force logistical needs. Your work will have a direct impact on current and future weapon system logistics, shaping the trajectory of our Air Force. Position has little to no associated travel and is primarily conducted on KBR site at 2647 Commons Blvd in Beavercreek, Ohio with associated on-site support to the government at WPAFB. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary logistics advisor supporting enterpriselevel sustainment planning, ensuring analytical efforts reflect realworld customer logistics constraints
  • Translate customer sustainment challenges and operational needs into actionable modeling, simulation, and analysis requirement
  • Provide Logistic and Programmatic support to the AFRL Sensors Directorate AFRL/RYZY Project Office.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Logistics Modeling including Maintenance, Sustainment, Readiness, and Civil Engineering (CE).
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams comprised of prime and sub-contractors, military, and government leadership, along with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with higher echelon government teams at other Major Commands (MAJCOMs) concerning Logistics.
  • Provide expertise for modeling various Logistical requirements.
  • Be able to extrapolate data from multiple sources and compile it in other deliverables and products.
  • Participate as an active stakeholder in government meetings, and Integrated Product Teams (IPT) representing the government customer.
  • Be able to work with other team members within the integrated product support (IPS) environment and fully support the Product Support Manager (PSM) in the areas of product support management; design interface; sustaining engineering; supply support; maintenance planning and management; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; technical data; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; and information technology systems continuous support.
  • Be able to work and deliver products under short suspense deadlines and ensure quality products and services are delivered.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Onsite preferable, but will consider hybrid or remote from a KBR location
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal
  • Working Hours: Standard- must attend local customer meetings in person

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
  • BS/BA with 12+ years of military Logistics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Certified
  • Superior writing and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Air Force logistics and sustainment systems supporting supply, maintenance, and asset visibility (e.g., ILSS, IMDS, SAPbased DAF enterprise logistics tools).
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Active TS/SCI
