Cascades Greenpac Mill is one of the most advanced, eco‑friendly linerboard manufacturing facilities in North America. Producing lightweight, high‑performance linerboard from 100% recycled fibers, our Niagara team operates using world‑class technology and a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

As the Logistics Technician at our Niagara Greenpac Mill facility, you will play a key role in our logistics operation where you will support daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory activities to ensure products move efficiently through the mill and to our customers.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Logistics Coordination

  • Update schedules and track truck arrivals, departures, and no‑shows
  • Communicate with warehouse, production, guard shack personnel, and corporate teams
  • Support shipping activities and ensure accurate documentation

Inventory & Warehouse Support

  • Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and bin monitoring
  • Support warehouse flow by planning product movements and temporary storage needs
  • Report trailer damage, incidents, and non‑conformance issues

Data & System Updates

  • Process load changes and update internal systems
  • Compile operational data for basic KPI reporting
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for goods issuing and transportation validation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone to join our team who is organized, reliable, will bring a positive solutions-oriented approach and is eager to learn and grow with the organization. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field — equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse support, shipping/receiving, inventory control or a related environment
  • Strong analysis, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to engage colleagues and customers in a proactive and collaborative work style
  • SAP experience highly desirable
