  • Verifying incoming customer shipments and paperwork against packing slips to ensure accuracy.

  • Documenting and reporting receiving discrepancies, such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, to team members.

  • Communicating receiving issues and shipment logistics updates professionally via email.
