Job description

Position Summary
The Corporate Logistics Clerk provides administrative and operational support within the logistics function, ensuring accurate reconciliation of shipments and invoices. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient supply chain operations by supporting transportation processes.
Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC., a family-owned 110-year-old company, is the long-term industry leader in refrigerated semi-trailers and North America's fourth largest semi-trailer manufacturer.
UTMC is headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Data entry for shipments and invoices
โ€ข Perform shipment (BOL) reconciliation against scheduled loads to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipped freight.
โ€ข Perform freight invoice reconciliation by verifying invoice charges to load contracted rates.
โ€ข Maintain and update various files / reports
โ€ข Assist Logistics Coordinators as needed
