Job Summary

The Logistics Clerk supports supply chain operations by coordinating domestic and international outbound shipments. This role ensures accurate shipping documentation, timely delivery, cost efficiency, and proper inventory movement from warehouse to customer.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track domestic and international outbound shipments from start to finish.
  • Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, NAFTA, export documents, labels).
  • Schedule and monitor prepaid and collect shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams.
  • Verify inventory scanning and shipment accuracy.
  • Review shipping routes, schedules, and costs.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, filing, and general office support.
  • Follow GMPs and Food Safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of logistics experience with domestic and international shipping or 1–2 years of administrative experience in a professional office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and manufacturing/logistics systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English required; Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during quarterly inventories.
