Become a Key Player as a Global Mobility Specialist

You will help deliver exceptional immigration and relocation experiences that enable the organization to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will partner with hiring managers, talent acquisition, HRBPs, legal, payroll, tax, and vendor partners to manage U.S. immigration and international transfer processes. This role is Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) based in San Jose, CA.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Manage U.S. immigration and international transfer cases, including assessments and initiations
  • Support U.S. immigration program tasks such as working with immigration counsel, document review, PERM process, and invoice processing
  • Liaise with employees, candidates, and managers on immigration and relocation inquiries
  • Act as a subject matter expert on immigration and relocation for customers and partners
  • Create educational content, communications, and training materials
  • Resolve complex issues through stakeholder discussions that balance business needs, employee experience, and risk
  • Review and support critical issues and exception requests
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams and external suppliers to develop process and system improvements
  • Provide and receive coverage for teammates and participate in cross-training
  • Manage delivery of mobility services per established global mobility processes
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years' U.S. immigration experience, including H-1B Cap and PERM
  • Experience with J-1 visa processes
  • Strong U.S. immigration knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply excellent judgment
