Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The Global Mobility consultant partners with internal and external stakeholders to support the design and management of global and US domestic mobility policies and processes. Supports Global and US domestic mobility projects as necessary, including the harmonization of policies, transition to new vendors and associated change management.
  • Provide policy and program consulting and guidance to HR Business Partners, Employees, /Shared Services, Talent Acquisition and Business Managers related to all aspects of Global and US Domestic Relocations.
  • Proactively manage assigned Global Mobility cases, including: consultations, vendor coordination with vendor on cost estimate and LOU, Work Day data management, and downstream processes
  • Partner with service providers and Shared Services to improve service levels; understand link to policy design and adjacent areas e.g., relocation, tax & immigration to bring forward potential policy changes/implications.
  • Support development of governance and other processes.
  • Fields inquiries and manage Global Mobility mailbox.
  • Manages invoicing process - audits all invoices for accuracy (first level review), inputs into tracker, manages cost charging process with finance, disputes all incorrect invoices, liaison with vendors, AP, finance and other internal partners for timely resolution
  • Participates and supports Global Mobility projects
  • Pro-actively anticipates issues and manages outcomes
  • Document processes as needed; update intranet and other mobility sites.
  • Identifies opportunities for program design or process enhancements and assists with implementing improvements
  • Provide subject matter expertise and ensure company compliance with appropriate regulations/guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of Global Mobility experience.
  • Strong Background in operations, managing of relocation process, design of policy and procedures, customer service background needed.
  • Strong financial aptitude to understanding complex budgeting and tax information Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products; expertise in Excel
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues to resolution
  • Ability to collaborate to achieve results
  • Handle highly confidential information with maturity
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms and practices
  • Project Management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree in Business, Finance or International Relations preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, Finance or a related field, with at least 2 years in Global Mobility/Relocation management, Global Immigration, Finance and or HR business partner
  • Experience working for global tax provider or in a multinational company environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
