Global Mobility Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about supporting teams across the globe and facilitating smooth transitions for international talent? As a Global Mobility Specialist in the International Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating every aspect of employee relocation for those on international assignments. You will showcase your expertise in global mobility, relocation policies, immigration requirements, and compensation for expatriates while ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience. By partnering closely with our Global Policy Advisor, you'll manage a variety of international employee allowances, such as housing, COLA, and dependent education, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our colleagues and their families.

In this dynamic position, you'll apply specialized functional knowledge and have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to a range of moderately complex challenges. Working independently and occasionally guiding junior staff, you will gain exposure to global HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility

  • Experience covering HR practices, expatriate assignments, and immigration management

  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 , including complex formulas and data analysis in Excel

  • Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday

  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow

  • Ability to balance business needs and deliver a positive employee experience while navigating complex and sensitive issues

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
