This role is based at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, providing an onsite work setting that fosters collaboration among clinicians. You will be part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team committed to driving innovation in physical therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their needs and outlining effective therapeutic strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest research and best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, tailoring your approach to suit each unique condition.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and educate patients and their caregivers about conditions, treatment protocols, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to achieving business objectives through excellent customer service.

Your work at Active Mobility PT will primarily involve treating a range of patients with varying conditions—from postoperative orthopedic cases to chronic pain syndromes. You will engage with patients in a supportive manner, fostering trust and motivating them toward achieving their functional goals. Our patient-centric approach prioritizes effective communication and meaningful relationships, ensuring that each client feels empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Competent in word processing and familiar with electronic medical records systems.
• A commitment to building and nurturing relationships within the community and the practice.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
