Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patientsโ€™ functional limitations, tailoring individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, enhance strength, and reduce pain.

  • Stay informed of and comply with state-specific physical therapy regulations, maintaining lawful practice standards.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, analyzing patients' medical histories and conditions to drive informed treatment decisions and document findings accurately.

  • Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols derived from evaluation outcomes, actively adapting to shifts in patient needs and health care trends.

  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, maintaining open lines of communication with other healthcare providers, and adjusting care plans based on patient progress.

  • Ensure meticulous documentation throughout the treatment process, capturing each phase of care, from initial evaluations to discharge plans, to clearly reflect the patient's journey.

  • Complete mandatory training and stay updated on clinical and corporate compliance standards to support a culture of safe and effective practice.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage a full caseload effectively while providing quality care, emphasizing patient recovery and satisfaction.

  • Attend relevant professional development meetings and in-service trainings to enhance skills and contribute to organizational initiatives.

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient access to therapy services, leveraging site performance data to drive positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Works, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and various rehabilitation needs. Your expertise will play a critical role in enabling patients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

  • A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience
