Salary:

Physical Therapist- Home Care PRN and or Full Time


Requirements and Responsibilities:


  • Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in a home care environment.
  • Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
  • Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers and treating therapists.
  • Monitors, documents, and reports patients' progressand communicates needed health information regarding the patient to all appropriate health care team members.
  • Requires state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Reports to manager of clinical services.
