Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager for our client in Carrollton! You will contribute to the growth and management of our client’s online business.

Responsibilities:

Create, update, modify, and maintain multiple websites across various platforms.
Manage multiple websites daily, focusing on driving traffic.
Act as a subject matter expert for all E-commerce activities and ERP integrations.
Execute website uploads, including new products, banners, and marketing collateral.
Produce written content for websites and digital ads, ensuring grammatical correctness, SEO-friendliness, and alignment with our brand voice.
Monitor and report on digital activity metrics, addressing any issues affecting traffic, new customer acquisition, sales, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to devise multi-channel marketing strategies.
Assist in development, testing, and QA.
Address technical and customer service issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a technical or marketing focus.
Availability for early and late hours, especially during product launches.
4-5 years of successful e-commerce management.
Proven track record of revenue and profit growth in wholesale or retail environments.
Proven ability to manage all aspects of an e-commerce business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills, utilizing numerical data to identify and communicate critical insights.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to accomplish tasks, and a strong work ethic.
