Location: Synergy Integrated Health Chiropractic

Pay: $18-$22 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time position.

Training: Dive into Success with On-site Training Provided! Phone and customer service experience will receive priority.

We are looking for a stellar Front Office Assistant to work with our growing team and natural healthcare practice. As a front office staff, your main job is to help our managers save time and leverage it to work on practice growth. This is a long term role where you will be respected, valued and grow quickly.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist patients, creating a positive first impression.
Efficiently manage phone calls, appointments, and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Maintain a professional and organized front desk, setting the tone for a welcoming environment.
Support the team with administrative tasks, contributing to smooth office operations.
Schedule Management and Patient Communication.
Onboarding new clients and supporting patients and team during enrollment.
Manage patient flow within the office.
Front Office cleanliness and organization

Who we are looking for:

Bilingual is a plus: Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent Communication Skills: Engage with patients and colleagues with empathy and professionalism.
Quick Learner: Adapt to new tasks and procedures with ease during on-site training.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred. Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Healthcare Enthusiast: Interest in health and wellness! We are a team of passionate individuals who continually practice what we preach.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
