Job description:

Synergy Group, a 38-year-old, growing financial service agency located in White Oak/McKeesport area is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative for assistance in our operations department. We are a team-oriented group and are looking to fill this position with someone who works well in a close-knit office environment and would be an integral part of the team. Additionally, the candidate would be comfortable interacting with clients/prospects. Successful history of previous employment in the financial service industry is a plus but not required.

Basic Requirements include:

  • Processing service requests/account opening paperwork
  • Frequent communication with clients in person and on the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy is essential. Must have high comfort levels utilizing spreadsheets, word processing, Microsoft Office, email, internet, copying, and faxing
  • Responsible for development and implementation of efficient office systems
  • Analyze data/problem solve
  • Maintain client database
  • Field incoming client service requests
  • Coordinate the completion of requests/projects
  • Additional special projects as assigned
  • Detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Exhibits good time management skills and must be able to prioritize tasks according to importance and timelines
  • Able to work independently and interdependently
