Job description

Role: The Core Mission of this position is to enhance our Customer Service Capabilities by increasing responsiveness to calls and ensuring timely scheduling of appointment/ride requests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with customer service, call intake
• Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experiences in a customer facing role in an office environment
• MUST BE A MATURE SELF MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL
• MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO A 40 HR Work Week
• Experience taking calls on multi-line phone systems
• Able to speak professionally and clearly to clients
• Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and navigating the internet

PREFERRED SKILLS

THE PERSON WHO FILLS THIS POSITION MUST HAVE:

• An excellent knowledge of customer service etiquette and what it means to go above and beyond for the customer and coworkers
• The ability to keep a level head under pressure
• GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST!
• Must pay attention to details
• Must exhibit a sense of ownership in their work; that is, exhibiting a sense of pride in the work they complete
• A self-starter attitude
