Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries regarding racing simulator components
Provide information about our products and services
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
Create sales quotes that serve customer needs
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Become an expert in Ricmotech products and services
Be willing and able to conduct research to meet and exceed customer goals
Be able to function at event marketing and activations
Do what it takes to be sure customer's expectations are exceeded

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Be comfortable interacting with customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written English
English and Spanish verbal communication skills
Knowledge of motorsport racing terminology and equipment
Ability to use computer software
