Job Opening – Account Coordinator with VYA Systems in Cincinnati, OH Are you passionate about world class service? Do you love empowering and supporting clients? The Account Coordinator proactively manages and builds client accounts and relationships. As the Account Coordinator, you will serve as the hub for client's requests/needs, engaging appropriate Vya team members to fulfill client needs and exceed their expectations. Additional responsibilities include:

Manage and provide strategic account management that drives client success with our marketing and campaign projects.
Build, develop, and manage account relationships on a day-to-day basis to build trust and loyalty with clients that will increase customer retention, growth and spend.
Manage project timelines for projects to ensure product quality & on-time delivery.
Provide demonstrations for existing clients to educate them on systems and service offerings which will increase opportunities for additional revenue.
Create and facilitate training to all levels within a client to increase understanding of system functionality and product availability that will increase usage, user adoption and revenue.
Monitor site support for clients to facilitate use of systems and service offerings that will result in increased usage and revenue.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys interacting with people and has problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must:

Bachelor's degree in business or liberal arts preferred.
Demonstrated success at managing projects within client accounts is required.
Experience in software services supporting clients with marketing initiatives is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
