Job Title: Customer Service Representative & Invoicing Administrator
Reports To: General Manager
FLSA Status:
Summary: Responsible for performing customer service interaction & various billing functions utilizing computer knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook emailing.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Takes all incoming telephone calls to achieve successful customer purchase order scheduling & tracking.
2. Contacts customers to resolve schedule and pricing related issues.
3. Performs all data entries and computer functions related to billing and payment procedures within QuickBooks.
4. Generates and mails/emails customer invoices on a daily basis.
5. Processes and enters account payment information and adjustments into computer on a daily basis.
6. Ensures all bills pursuant to billing cycle are mailed in accordance with company procedures.
7. Receives incoming shipment of vendor & customer product.
8. Prepares finished product for packaging & shipment to customers.
9. Monitors billings for accuracy and communicates with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
10. Receives and resolves customer account problems and discrepancies.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
