Blender

Staff Management Group is seeking a Blender for our client in Mahwah, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements before applying for this position.

Schedule

• Thursday - Saturday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM

Pay Rate

• $16.50 / hour

Summary

Blenders are responsible for operating blending tanks that grind and mix materials using pumps, filters, and scales.

Job Description

• Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
• Observe production or monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Operate or tend machines to mix or blend a wide variety of materials.
• Stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained.
• Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools.

Job Requirements

• Production experience a plus
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
