Life Insurance Experience Required - Customer Service Representative

We are a life insurance agency. We help families build and preserve their wealth using insurance solutions.

We are looking to recruit a customer service representative who has Life Insurance Experience.

The job is remote. You can work from home. But you must be situated in Ontario, Canada. The job is Monday to Friday and 9 am - 5 pm and you must be willing to jump on a virtual meet at any time during these hours.

Experience Required

You must have at least 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry.

Skills required:

- Must have strong communication skills. You'll be speaking with an emailing clients throughout the day. You'll be building relationships and building trust.

- Must have strong organizational skills. You'll need to support hundreds of client's all at once. You're provided with systems and procedures to help you stay organized.

- Must have strong computer skills. The ability to adapt to new programs, and work independently.

- Must have a passion for insurance planning. It's what we do every day.

Basic job duties:

- Supporting Group Insurance clients add and remove employees.

- Supporting Group Insurance clients through their renewal process.

- Supporting individual clients through their applications

- Collaborating with Licensed Advisors and scheduling meetings.

Basic expectations. You must be:

- willing to follow the steps in the training manual.

- willing to write new steps in the training manual and suggest edits.

- willing to demonstrate their work on a screenshare.
