Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, hybrid, Call Center, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative. All Candidates must live in NH. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.

Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

The Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive salary at $22.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
  • Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
  • Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.

KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES / SKILLS:

  • Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • A happy attitude
  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

WORK SCHEDULE: The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:50am โ€“ 5:00pm. This position will train on site for at least 6 months. Once call answering goals are met and other training requests completed, this position has the ability to work hybrid from your NH home. You will be required to come on site for additional meetings and trainings at the managers discretion.
