Job Description

The essential functions of this position is to provide the highest quality of customer service to all existing and prospective customers. This position schedules all new construction and remodel estimates, follows up with prospective customers on submitted estimates in a timely manner. This position is the direct liaison between customers and principles of the business. 

 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, manages calendars, maintains physical and digital filing systems, responds to emails and correspondence, drafts and edits letters, inputs information into databases, uses word processing software, operates office equipment, works with outside vendors, and works closely with other administrative staff and field operations.

 

The ideal candidate must provide exceptional written and oral communication skills,  the highest quality of customer service, be highly organized, possess the ability to multitask,

Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines, take a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvements. This position must be  proficient in office platforms such as  Microsoft Office.
