ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inbound Contact Centre Team Member works together with other team members to ensure that customer services meet client needs as well as standards of a national service delivery model.
- CSR will answer phones for companies across the United States
- To ensure team member understands customer needs and deliver the expected outcomes
We mentor and foster a customer focused working environment, with clear responsibilities and expectations for all team members
1. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients
2. Establish and maintain active constructive relationships with other team members and Supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Team Member must type 30-35 wpm and have at least 2 years of similar Contact Centre experience. Must be available to begin position ASAP. Must have flexible work hours to include Weekends and Holidays.

Bilingual English/Spanish
