Inbound Call Representative

This role will create service calls for dispatch and execute great service for customers or employees on the phone or in person. If you are excited about being friendly, organized, and never bored, keep reading for the details.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer multi-line phones and take information or direct calls as appropriate
  • Create service calls/texts for dispatch
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them in a professional & helpful way
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication

Hours:

  • Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Qualifications
