Position Summary

Air Flows Chicago is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Inbound Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners and business customers calling about HVAC services, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, indoor air quality solutions, and new system installations. Your primary responsibility is to convert incoming calls into booked appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, installation, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning appointments.
  • Educate customers about available services, promotions, maintenance plans, and financing options.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with leads, estimates, and unsold opportunities.
  • Accurately enter customer information into the company CRM system.
  • Coordinate schedules with technicians and dispatch staff.
  • Meet or exceed booking and sales performance goals.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous phone sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
