  • Perform full equipment changeouts to manufacturer specs and local code
  • Braze and solder refrigerant lines, pull vacuums, weigh in charge, and commission systems for proper operation
  • Set air handlers, condensers, furnaces, and accessories; fabricate and connect ductwork and plenums

  • Test for proper airflow, refrigerant charge, and electrical operation before completing the job
  • Communicate clearly with the customer at start and finish, leaving every home cleaner than you found it
  • Coordinate with the install coordinator and dispatch to keep projects on schedule
  • Mentor helpers and apprentices on jobsite best practices and safety
What You Bring
  • EPA 608 Certification required
  • 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant handling, and electrical
  • Ability to braze/solder and properly evacuate and charge systems

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • A professional, customer-first attitude and pride in quality work
