We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to support various projects while representing recognizable brands.

You will handle inbound calls, upsell existing customers, and provide information on products and services. Ideal candidates are positive, persuasive, and driven, with comprehensive training provided. Responsibilities include: Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally.

Using knowledge bases to answer questions and sell products. Understanding customer needs and resolving issues. Researching systems to find missing information and collaborating with departments.

Completing account management tasks using systems and technology. Documenting and processing orders accurately. Following scripts, policies, and procedures.

Maintaining confidentiality and escalating issues when necessary. Participating in meetings and training to stay updated. Adhering to attendance and schedule requirements.

Qualifications: Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Typing speed of 20+ WPM.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows. Reliable with good attendance. Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center. All candidates must be authorized to work in the location and willing to undergo background checks and drug screening.
