Director / Vice President of Strategic Operations and Development

Position: We're on the hunt for a visionary leader to join our team as the Director / Vice President of Strategic Operations and Development. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our growth initiatives, shape our strategic direction, and ensure operational excellence across all fronts. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for hospitality, strategic planning, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our mission. Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Business Development: Lead efforts to evaluate expansion opportunities, conduct market research, and drive decision-making with financial analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide leadership for day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency, adherence to brand standards, and high-level oversight of complex situations.
  • Facilities Development: Oversee new store build-out projects, manage existing facilities, and optimize processes related to maintenance, permitting, and government regulations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on development, strategy, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (advanced degrees preferred).
  • - Minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations, business development, and strategic planning.
  • - Proven track record of driving business growth and executing strategic initiatives.
  • - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • - Fluent Spanish speaker (advantageous).
  • - Passion for the restaurant/hospitality industry and a doer mentality.
