Junior Account Manager
- Full-Time
This is a remote position! The client-facing role involves working in a team to manage and grow client accounts. Think of this role as a business consultant, helping to optimize the selection of digital out-of-home screens, presenting recommendations to the client, facilitating successful ad campaigns, and communicating the results to the client and your team members. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably juggle multiple customer interactions and projects simultaneously, with a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with Account Management team and Client Partners (sales team) regarding new clients and their initial proposals.
- Interface with VP, Audience Data and Measurement regarding performance reports and case studies.
- Create deals in Zoho CRM for existing clients.
- Interface with existing clients regarding the planning and activation of campaigns.
- Work collaboratively to analyze campaign briefs and provide essential updates on accounts and campaigns throughout the campaign process.
- Set regular check-in meetings with sales reps and create follow-up appointments and reminders.
- Proactively communicate issues that might affect the fulfillment of the campaign’s objectives.
- Proactively communicate ideas or trends to clients and/or client partners.
- Manage all open opportunities and deals in Adomni’s CRM system.
- Log all updates to a deal/campaign plan in Zoho CRM.
- Post-launch of a campaign and/or post-campaign, share important information about the campaign such as performance metrics or insights.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Extreme attention to detail is required.
- Coursework or experience in strategic advertising planning and execution is a plus.
- Excellent listener and note-taker.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames and manage several tasks and campaign opportunities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge using Microsoft Excel to analyze and share data.
- Being creative, ability to think outside the box.
- Adaptable to last-minute changes in tasks.
EXPERIENCE
- Project work in advertising account management or sales or business consulting.
- Experience/knowledge with out-of-home advertising or programmatic advertising is a huge PLUS.
- Experience working at or with an advertising agency is a huge PLUS.
