Jr. Business Manager
LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a Jr. Business Manager in the Rivera Beach, FL area. Our client is looking for a Jr. Business Manager with a strong background in accounting, finance, customer service, and administrative duties. This role is working fully in office with a client that offers excellent benefits.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life, short-term and long-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
  • Meet with key customer contact(s) at start of job to establish communication stream.
  • Ensure proper set up initial work order.
  • Generate weekly invoices for each work order and review with Project Manager.
  • Analyze project invoicing for time recording, or material purchase issues before submitting to customer.
  • Finalize invoices with any changes from Project Manager or issue identified when analyzing the project and submit to customer.
  • Review and assist Project Mangers with outstanding receivables.
  • Provide Controller bi-weekly cash forecast.
  • Evaluate all Business Processes and make suggestions for improvements.
  • As part of month-end financial close, provide Controller with analysis of projects that closed ahead of budget and over budget.
  • Analyzing sub-contractor and material markups against proposal and identify any discrepancies.
  • Analyzing the cause of the material project variances.
