Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator.

This key role involves the following responsibilities:

Communication Management:
Professionally handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring a courteous and efficient response to client inquiries.

Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule new orders, coordinating with various teams to optimize resources and ensure seamless order processing.

Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise throughout transactions, employing effective problem-solving skills.

Timely Order Completion:
Oversee the timely completion of all orders, closely monitoring progress and taking necessary actions to meet deadlines.

Client Relationships:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication, ensuring client satisfaction.

Correspondence Assistance:
Assist in general contractor and client correspondence, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all communications.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
