Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at ALPHA ELECTRIC LLC, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

- Provide detailed product information and assist customers with product selection.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and improve processes.

- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual and team sales and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
