NextGen Bioplastics is a sustainably-focused manufacturer of foodservice packaging is expanding across multiple regions and is seeking experienced Sales Representatives with strong existing networks in the foodservice industry. In this role, you will identify and engage new prospects, build long-term relationships with distributors, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers. Independant sales representative are welcome to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts within your assigned state or region
  • Leverage your network of distributors, brokers, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers to expand market share
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the foodservice packaging channel
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and communicate product value to customers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity logs, and performance metrics in the company CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and support product development
  • Travel within your territory (up to 50%) to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events

Qualifications

  • Established network within the foodservice or packaging industry required
  • Proven B2B sales experience with the ability to close independently
  • Strong track record in prospecting, negotiation, and long-term client management
  • Experience selling to distributors, foodservice operators, or national accounts
