We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated Sewer & Septic Sales Specialist to join our team!

Job Overview:

As a Sewer & Septic Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in diagnosing sewer and septic issues, educating customers on solutions, and closing sales to ensure they receive the best possible service. If you enjoy a mix of sales, being outside and physical activity, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Training is provided!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Customer Consultation:
    • Conduct on-site inspections of sewer and septic systems.
    • Explain findings to customers in a clear, professional manner.
    • Provide multiple service and replacement options, ensuring customers understand their choices.
    • Close sales by demonstrating the value and necessity of recommended repairs or replacements.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with our plumbing and septic teams to coordinate service scheduling.
    • Maintain detailed records of inspections, estimates, and sales transactions.
    • Provide an outstanding customer experience by being knowledgeable, honest, and professional.
Requirements:
  • at least 2 years sales experience
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • This position does require some physical labor and some hand digging with a shovel
