Job Responsibilities:
  1. Business Canvassing and Prospecting:
    • Conduct business-to-business canvassing in targeted areas to identify potential clients and generate leads.
    • Visit local businesses, offices, and commercial properties to introduce company products and services.
    • Maintain detailed records of canvassing activities, business interactions, and follow-up tasks.
  2. Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including contractors, property managers, and local businesses.
    • Attend trade shows, industry events, and community meetings to represent the company and network with potential clients.
    • Engage in local business associations and professional groups to create referral opportunities and increase brand visibility.
  3. Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Generate leads through business canvassing, networking activities, and strategic outreach.
    • Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their business needs.
    • Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  4. Sales Presentations and Closing:
    • Conduct on-site consultations with businesses to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
    • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to close deals and meet sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition from lead to client.
  5. Follow-Up and Client Management:
    • Maintain regular follow-up with client's post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

What you will need:
  • 2+ years of Outside Sales Experience Required
  • Commercial B2B Sales Experience preferred
  • HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with conducting meetings and site walks.
  • Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and Driver's License check
