Counter Sales Associate – Wholesale Electrical Supply

We're seeking an energetic, dependable individual who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team. Experience in electrical distribution is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with strong customer service, sales, construction, or trades experience who are eager to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Assist electricians, contractors, builders, maintenance professionals, commercial accounts, and homeowners at the sales counter.
  • Help customers identify the right products for their projects and provide knowledgeable solutions.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer customer phone calls and respond to product availability and pricing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked accurately and ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through friendly, dependable service.
  • Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and showroom.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.
  • Electrical supply, construction, industrial, HVAC, plumbing, or lighting experience is a plus.
