The Residential Electrical Sales Technician plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and expert solutions in the electrical field. This position involves interacting with homeowners & business owners to address their electrical needs, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. The technician is responsible for building customer relationships, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall success of the business through effective sales and service delivery.

  • You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring. You will provide and present accurate quotes to customers. Complex troubleshooting is often involved so experience as a service electrician is a must!
  • You are the face of ARC Electrical Services and will be interacting with the home or business owners to deliver the customer service that ARC is known for.
  • You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their properties safer than when you first walked in. You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property.

The following are the minimum requirements for the Residential Electrical Sales Representative position.

  • Minimum of 3 years of strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the electrical trade.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug test

Pay and Benefits

ARC's Electrical Sales Technicians earn $70,000 to $150,000 yearly.

Our Residential Electrical Sales Technicians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work sold, and overall job profitability.
