Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Coaching Specialist to provide coaching services to supervisors within our organization, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, professional development, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to deliver high-quality coaching sessions virtually using Microsoft Teams meetings or similar technology. This position involves maintaining strict confidentiality, delivering periodic reports, and ensuring coaching objectives align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions for up to 16 supervisors over a 12-month period, with the potential for extension.
- Provide six coaching sessions per supervisor, totaling 96 hours of coaching, while adhering to a maximum frequency of one session per month per supervisor.
- Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to the needs of each supervisor, focusing on leadership development, communication skills, and professional growth.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times regarding coaching discussions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Deputy CFO to provide quarterly written reports and briefings highlighting trends identified during coaching sessions.
- Assist supervisors in setting and achieving coaching goals, fostering self-awareness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with organizational leadership to introduce potential coaches during introductory sessions and finalize coach/supervisor pairings.
- Deliver monthly status reports on coaching progress and training initiatives.
- Work with coaching recipients to facilitate discussions with frontline staff and integrate coaching goals into their daily operations.
- Stay updated on best practices in coaching methodologies and leadership development to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, organizational development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in providing virtual coaching services, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF, IAC, EMCC) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of leadership development principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust virtually.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in preparing and delivering written reports and presentations to senior leadership.
- Flexibility to adapt coaching approaches based on individual supervisor needs and organizational goals.
Location: This is a remote position, with coaching sessions conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams meetings or similar technology.
Duration: 12 months
