Familiarity with video conferencing tools, screen-sharing software, and online activity platforms is highly desirable. Patience, creativity, and excellent virtual communication skills set top candidates apart in this field. These skills ensure a safe, enjoyable, and stimulating remote environment for children while meeting the expectations of parents.
