Position Summary/Job Duties:
We're looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny for our 8-year-old daughter, starting the first week of September. This is a great fit for someone looking for engaging, no-diapers, no-bottles care - she's kind, energetic, and loves arts and crafts, playing outside, and being silly. We're hoping this grows into an ongoing relationship past this school year.
Schedule:
  • Tuesday-Friday, 3:00-5:30pm
  • Monday 1:00-5:30pm optional, if you'd like additional hours

Responsibilities:
  • Meet her at the bus stop (one block from our home)
  • Light snack prep
  • Supervision and engaged play after school
  • Light activities, homework support if needed, and general companionship

Location: Near Hilldale/Hoyt Park on Madison's west side
Requirements:
  • Own vehicle preferred (we're on a bus line, but a car is ideal for flexibility)
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a school-age child
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • References required

Pay: $20-$25/hour, depending on experience
