Location: Troy, MI
Schedule: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM (flexible by ~30 min on either end); flexible on which days that work for candidate
Guaranteed hours: 28.5 hours/week
Position type: Live-out, long-term
Compensation: $28โ€“$30 hourly

Position Overview
A family is seeking an experienced, engaged Nanny for their active toddler three days per week. Parents work from home. This is a long-term, live-out role for a caregiver who is warm, energetic, and comfortable keeping pace with a busy toddler.

Benefits:ย 1 week vacation, 2 sick days, 2 personal days, 4 paid holidays

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, engaged care and age-appropriate activities for an active toddler
  • Support the toddler's daily routine, play, and development
  • Outings are welcome if the Nanny is comfortable (family car or Nanny's own vehicle may be used; driving is not required)
  • Maintain a safe environment at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience caring for toddlers
  • Warm, energetic, and genuinely engaged with active young children
  • Comfortable with a household that includes one small hypoallergenic dog (Bichon)
  • Must be able to provide 3โ€“5 professional references
