Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at NStockNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively prospecting and acquiring new clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and address the specific pain points and goals of each potential client

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients

- Follow up with existing clients to promote retention and identify upselling opportunities

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively position and sell our software

- Accurately maintain and update CRM with all sales activities, opportunities, and communications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- A strong passion for technology and a desire to keep up with industry advancements

- Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events as needed

Salary: $34,000 to $43,000
